1 12 Oz Bag Cauliflower Florets
1 Lb Ground Turkey
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper To Taste
1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
4 Oz Cream Cheese
2 Cups of BaseLine Foods Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup of BaseLine Foods Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions
Heat Olive Oil In Frying Pan, Cook Ground Turkey With Salt. Drain And Set Aside.
Boil Cauliflower Florets In A 4 Qt Sauce Pan for 5 Minutes. Drain And Set Aside.
In 4 Qt Sauce Pan, Add Heavy Cream and Cream Cheese. Cook On Medium Low Until Blended. Add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Add Salt & Pepper To Taste. Mix Well. Add Cheddar Cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese. Stir Till Creamy. Remove From Heat.
In A 9 X 9 Pan - Layer Cauliflower, Turkey, Cheese Sauce. Then Repeat With Cauliflower, Turkey, And Cheese Sauce. Sprinkle With BaseLine Foods Cheddar Cheese On Top.
Bake At 350F For 20 Minutes. ENJOY!
