“CAULI” Mac-N-Cheesy

Ingredients

  • 1 12 Oz Bag Cauliflower Florets

  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder

  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

  • 1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese

  • 2 Cups of BaseLine Foods Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Cup of BaseLine Foods Monterey Jack Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat Olive Oil In Frying Pan, Cook Ground Turkey With Salt. Drain And Set Aside.

  2. Boil Cauliflower Florets In A 4 Qt Sauce Pan for 5 Minutes. Drain And Set Aside.

  3. In 4 Qt Sauce Pan, Add Heavy Cream and Cream Cheese. Cook On Medium Low Until Blended. Add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Add Salt & Pepper To Taste. Mix Well. Add Cheddar Cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese. Stir Till Creamy. Remove From Heat.

  4. In A 9 X 9 Pan - Layer Cauliflower, Turkey, Cheese Sauce. Then Repeat With Cauliflower, Turkey, And Cheese Sauce. Sprinkle With BaseLine Foods Cheddar Cheese On Top.

  5. Bake At 350F For 20 Minutes. ENJOY!

Traditional salad

  • Lettuce - Chopped

  • Cherry Tomatoes - Halved

  • Red Onion - Sliced

  • Black Olives - Pitted

  • BaseLine Foods Feta Cheese - Cubed

  • Cucumber - Sliced

Balsamic vinaigrette

  • 1 1/2 Cups Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Cup Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Pressed Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes

  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Dried Basil

  • 2 Tsp Dried Oregano

    In A Large Bowl, Whisk Dressing Ingredients Together, Drizzle Over Salad And Mangia!
